Για μία ακόμη χρονιά είχαμε την ευκαιρία να φιλοξενήσουμε στο αρχοντικό Κοή την τελετή λήξης του κινηματογραφικού φεστιβάλ ANIMA SYROS.
Ο Σταύρος Κοής ξεναγησε τους φίλους στο #Animasyros στο σπίτι της οικογένειάς του, με τη φημισμένη ζωγραφισμένη οροφή και το ξύλινο δάπεδο όπου ακόμα φαίνονται τα σημάδια από τα τακούνια, από τους χορούς των κυριών.
ANIMASYROS, the largest International Animation Festival in Greece and one of the largest in Europe, started its journey into the world of animation in September 2008 in Syros and since then it has been held every September in the capital of the Cyclades, having welcomed more than 104.000 unique viewers.

On Friday 28 September 2025, kois-optics and Stavros Kois hosted the official guests of anima syros film festival at the Kois mansion. Stavros Kois gave the guests a tour of the mansion and told them about its history.

Associate Professor Spyros Vosinakis presented the new application being implemented at Kois Mansion. The application is an innovative approach to guided tours using digital technologies. Wearing special augmented reality glasses, visitors experience a short digital performance in the mansion's living room with references to the space and its history. Moving freely around the space, they can observe digital figures emerging next to them, conversing with each other and interacting with objects in the environment, creating a playful, immersive, and interactive narrative. The application is implemented as part of the XARTS 2025 Summer School "Digital Media in Art" Summer School of the University of the Aegean and combines multiple innovative technologies, such as digital motion capture, digital character and costume design, interactive storytelling, and augmented reality interfaces.
